Enquiries are shared via App Notification, SMS, and Email. Tutors are advised to check details regularly and respond promptly.

Membership Requirement

A valid membership plan is mandatory to access parents' contact details.

Tutors can view contact details strictly as per their purchased membership plan.

We do not guarantee continuous notifications or unlimited enquiries access.

Lead Policy & Platform Responsibility

KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES provides tuition leads only. Our responsibility is strictly limited to sharing enquiry details submitted by parents/students on the platform.

Lead Counting Policy

A lead will be considered consumed and counted immediately when the tutor views/unlocks the student's contact details, irrespective of:

• Whether communication is established or not
• Whether the parent responds or not
• Whether demo class is scheduled or conducted
• Whether the enquiry converts into regular tuition
• Whether tuition continues long-term

Once contact details are viewed/unlocked, the lead is treated as fully utilized.

No Guarantee Policy

Leads may or may not result in:

• Demo classes
• Fee negotiation
• Class confirmation
• Continued tuition engagement

KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES does not guarantee class conversion. Conversion depends entirely on:

• Tutor's teaching skills
• Parent's requirement
• Mutual agreement between tutor and parent

Fee & Payment Policy

KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES does not interfere in fee discussions. All fee negotiation and finalization is strictly between the tutor and the parent.

We are not responsible for:

• Fee disputes
• Payment delays
• Non-payment by parents
• Class cancellations by parents

Enquiry Allocation

An enquiry may be shared with multiple tutors. Parents have the sole right to select the tutor they find most suitable.

Faster response increases chances of conversion. Enquiry information is available only on the website/app and will not be provided offline.

Required Documents

All tutors must submit:

• Copy of Address Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport / Driving License, etc.)
• Two colored passport-size photographs
• Proof of last obtained educational qualification

Tutors must provide valid ID proof to parents if requested.

Professional Conduct

Tutors are expected to:

• Be punctual for trial and regular classes
• Dress professionally
• Maintain respectful and professional communication
• Conduct themselves ethically and responsibly

Tutors must not engage in any activity other than tutoring, including but not limited to:

• Taking money for admissions in any school/college/institution
• Financial dealings unrelated to tuition
• Fraudulent proposals
• Any misleading or illegal activity

Misuse of Contact Information

Contact details provided through the platform must be used strictly for tuition services. Sharing, selling, or misusing contact details for any third-party or commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in:

• Immediate suspension
• Permanent termination
• Legal action

Fraud & Legal Action

In case of any fraud, misconduct, misrepresentation, or illegal activity committed by a tutor against a parent, a student, or KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate the tutor's account
• Initiate appropriate legal proceedings
• Claim damages where applicable

Profile Information Updates

Tutors must immediately update any change in:

• Address
• Phone number
• Email ID

Failure to maintain accurate information may result in suspension.

Platform Disclaimer

Enquiries are generated directly from users of the website/app. We are not responsible for:

• Behavior or decisions of parents
• Non-conversion of enquiries
• Demo cancellations
• Parent inactivity
• Any inconvenience caused by parents

We do not guarantee continuous business, regular leads, or fixed income. Our obligation is strictly limited to providing access to enquiry details as per membership plan.

Modification of Terms

KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Role of KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES

KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES acts as a facilitator platform to help parents/students connect with tutors based on their requirements. We do not provide tutoring services directly.

We do not guarantee:

• Academic improvement
• Examination success
• Test results
• Rank, score, or performance outcomes

All academic results depend on the student's effort, tutor's teaching ability, and various external factors beyond our control.

Tutor Selection Responsibility

The final decision to select a tutor rests entirely with the parent/student. You are responsible for evaluating:

• Tutor qualifications
• Experience
• Teaching suitability
• Background verification (if required)

You may request identity proof and qualification documents directly from the tutor before starting classes.

Safety & Supervision Policy

Tutors shall conduct classes only when at least one parent or responsible adult is present at home. Tutors must be treated with respect and dignity at all times.

Parents/guardians are advised to supervise tuition sessions appropriately. KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES shall not be responsible for:

• Any misconduct
• Theft
• Loss of belongings
• Personal disputes
• Any activity occurring during tuition sessions

Proper supervision is strongly recommended.

Fee Payment Policy

Parents are strongly advised to make tuition fee payments through the KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES platform. When payment is made through the platform, the amount will be released to the tutor only after session confirmation from the parent.

If you choose to pay the tutor directly:

• KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES will not be responsible for any disputes
• We will not intervene in payment-related issues
• No refund or mediation will be provided

No Guarantee Policy

KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES does not guarantee:

• Student progress
• Academic improvement
• Regular attendance by tutor
• Long-term continuation of classes
• Exam results or success

Tutoring is a private arrangement between tutor and parent/student.

Platform Limitation of Liability

KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES shall not be held responsible for:

• Behavior or actions of tutors
• Miscommunication between tutor and parent
• Class cancellations
• Fee disputes (if paid directly)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Our responsibility is limited to facilitating the initial connection between tutors and parents.

Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you are requested to immediately discontinue use of the platform. Continued use of KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Modification of Terms

KINETICS CLASSES & HOME TUTORING SERVICES reserves the right to modify, update, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Updated terms will become effective upon being posted on the website.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
